Return Window
You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To initiate, WhatsApp us at 919845560997 with your order ID and photos of the item.
Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order ID and photos of the item
- We'll arrange a pickup (Bangalore) or provide a return shipping label
- Once received and inspected, refund is processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Methods
- Online payments (UPI/Card): Refunded to original payment method
- COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) within 7 business days
- Store credit option available for faster processing
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we offer a 100% replacement guarantee. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, cancellation is subject to order status. Custom/personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
